These terms cover your use of this website. The work we do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority if it says something different.
1. About us
This website is owned and run by RAY Consulting Limited (RC 9975530), trading as RayVance, of 25 Salvation, Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Information on this website
The content on this site, including our Insights articles, is general information about our services and about business growth. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice for your situation. Please get advice that fits your circumstances before you make a decision. We work to keep the content accurate and current, but we cannot promise that it is always complete or up to date.
3. Our services
- Written agreement. We only start client work once we have agreed the scope, timeline and fees with you in writing.
- No guaranteed outcomes. We do not guarantee results that depend on others. In particular, lenders and grant bodies make their own funding decisions, landlords and suppliers set their own terms, and government agencies decide on approvals and permits.
- Capital Access fees. Our fee for Capital Access is an agreed percentage of the funding, payable only after the funding has been received. The exact percentage and payment terms are set out in your engagement agreement.
- Your information. You are responsible for making sure that the information and documents you give us are accurate and complete, and that you have the right to share them.
4. Intellectual property
The RayVance name and logo, and the text, illustrations, layout and design of this website, belong to RAY Consulting Limited or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use, and share links to them. You may not copy, republish or use our content or brand for commercial purposes without our written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each engagement agreement.
5. Using this website
Please do not misuse the site, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or using it to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend or change the site, or any part of it, at any time.
6. Links to other websites
We link to other sites, such as LinkedIn and WhatsApp, for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, services or privacy practices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website, including indirect loss, lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, although we will always try to resolve concerns with you directly first.
